can't delete / move .exe file after it is run in vista 64bit

So,how does one go about finding and perusing the filter drivers.

I used sysinternal process monitor, to capture the system event for the failed delete.
then in properties, there is a stack tab, that shows all the process and dll used in this event.
the only non Microsoft process there was comodo, even thaw I disabled it, it showed it is running.
