Solved Can't download anything

Well, should have had something, so, seems the scan did not run, try again, Command prompt, type the scf /scannow and press enter .

I have also found the reinstallation disk for Windows Vista but that seems kind of daunting. I am afraid of screwing up what is otherwise a working computer.

Reboot computer and see if you can download this : Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer
See if you can install the free version of malwarebytes , if so, then please run a full scan and post results of it please.

Well, we always give instructions to include well written Tutorials, sorry they are unable to be performed . Good luck with this issue, not sure how to assist you at this point if you are unable to do anything .
