Hi new here; Got a problem. I am trying to download a new CC Cleaner update. It shows going thru the motion but when I go the default "folder" for downloads it's not there. Goes for all downloads not just CC Cleaner.

Run a full anti virus scan
Run a full scan with malwarebytes if you already have it
If that does not work try:
Another browser, maybe firefox or chrome
Update to IE 9 or
Test with a clean boot or

Turn off firewall
Report back either way.

Tried Firefox.Didn't work.
Can't do "Test with a clean boot" because I can't get online after restart.
When I tried to download IE9 I got this Box.

Create a new user account and try to download from there. Your account may be defective.

OK Try with a clean boot, to rule out conflicts. Make sure anti virus and firewall are off

Tried everything no help. Whats funny, I can download Windows updates also Avast updates itself. Adobe & Java also updates but when I try updating CC Cleaner & other things it want update.
