Solved Can't install quicktime7 on windows vista

Hi all, I'm trying to install Quicktime 7, I clicked to install quicktimeinstaller.exe on my downloads file but it never was there or anywhere else in my computer. I tried to download again and it comes up with a box saying:

"You have chosen to open QuickInstaller.exe which is binary file from .........." and then it gives you the option to save, which I clicked on. However nothing else happens and file is nowhere in the computer. Can anyone help please?

Go to search by the start button and type downloads, click on it. Is it there?
No?
Then try to install and click on run not save.

Hi, I don't know as the file doesn't seem to be in my computer, it doesn't download it.

The only other thought is that the original was deleted by your virus protection?

Do you have ITunes installed? As it will come as part of that installation too.
