Chipset?

Hi, I bought a cheapy Acer laptop just to have a play with and noticed that if I go to the Acer drivers site, that under Xp the Chipset driver is in the list. However, under Vista and Win7 it doesn't show.
Am I to assume that it is tied up with one of the other drivers in the list and therefore loads automatically?

The drivers for Vista and Windows 7 are not shown as they are on the OS installation media and are installed with the OS. Most likely the drivers have not been updated since the initial release. As the computer is newer than XP the installation media cannot provide them.

Hmm, my 8930g has chipset drivers on thier download section.

Though it came with Vista.

I too am inclined to think Vista will have the drivers.
