Chrome Won't Start

Could not get the program to shut down, restarted the computer and keep getting
the "chrome did not shut down properly" then instantly "chrome stoped
working have explorer find a soulution, etc."

Restarted and deleted and reloded several times, same thing, back
to crap Explorer......HELP

Uninstall it with a complete uninstall tool such as revo Uninstaller Portable... then perform a complete CHKDSK on your drive (CHKDSK /F /R) and then, download the full installer from Here...then run as Administrator...
