CLED error

i got this error from last evening on my inspiron1721 and i cant click anything from my taskbar to my system tray. can anyone help??? thanx

I've read that one cause of this error is multiple entries of the same program in msconfig. Open up msconfig and look at startup items. See if there are any duplicates. If so, disable one, reboot, and see if this error persists.

sorry for the late reply but not too long after posted this topic a friend helped me. i had to disable one of the start up programs that was placed by H2O from installing cubase sx3
