Hello Everyone, My friend and i are having a big problem with comcast phone it keeps disconnecting the phone call when we are talking especially in the afternoons, but sometimes at night and morning. but mostly the afternoon. comcast said it was due to an old modem of theirs, so we got a new modem and its even worse. could it have anything to do with his old vista pc being compatible with modem? keep in mind some times it works great all day. when we cannot get a dial tone after being disconnected, the modem flash's all over the place, the when it settles down a dial tone comes back and its normal again for a while. Any idea's, does anyone else get this trouble with their vista and comcast phone? Thanks
