my security keeps popping up a incident name C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL says i have to remove it manually dont know how not very good on computor.

Go on start > run
type msconfig
on the startup tap find this detail C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL
and untick the box and restart your computer
