Computer won't stay in sleep mode

Neither of my computers (Dell Inspiron 530 & Dell Inspiron E1705),which are linked by wireless router, will stay in the sleep mode. I have set the BIOS for each computer to disable being awakened, but neither computer will stay in sleep mode.

Its either mouse, keyboard or nic card. It is usually the nic card that causes the problem
