Copy file from one user to other user

Two user accounts are on my computer.
I want to copy MS Works word processing file from one account to another.
On one accountI rightclick the file, select Copy.
Then I switch Users.
When I go to MS Works Word Processing on the 2nd user account and right click, to Paste the Copy, Paste option is grey and I can't copy.
How can I copy file from one user account to other user account on my computer?

Right click on the program, properties, secuity permissions. Give permission to all you want to give access to.

You have to make the program available to the other user. Now, for the second user, the program does not exist.
