Corrupted Drivers cannot be fixed..

Hi guys.. i think how it started is i was scanning with my anti virus.. and i had some errors so i click optimize.. then i tried to start playing my games then it said, corrupted files on C please run CHKDSK on C drive.. i did run and it says cannot proceed on read only/the volume is too big schedule on your next restart? and i click yes but it never fix anything..
please help...
just a summary i have corrupted disk, probably the C one and i dont know how to fix it.. can tell me how?

Chkdsk only finds bad links between drivers. It doesn't scan drivers and replace them with good copies. You do have a program in your Vista installation, however, that does do this, and it is called the System File Checker, or SFC.

"Run as Administrator" a command prompt and type in sfc /scannow

The program will scan every protected operating system file on your computer for errors and if it finds a bad file it replaces it with a good copy.

Then, restart your computer.

Boot into safe mode and do it again. Make sure you "Run As Administrator" the command prompt, too, when you do.
