Designers of the Vista Ultimate Strands?

Do any of you know who designed the Vista Ultimate Strands? I have been looking for years and have been unable to find any information whatsoever on who the designers were, or if there's any place to find the original art/design/vectors/etc.

Sorta. It's the guy who I edited up the wallpapers a little bit. He links to the "ultimate team" to this url "http://windowsultimate.com/blogs/announcements/archive/2007/03/07/the-ultimate-wallpaper.aspx" which of course no longer works... so I am unable to find out who the "ultimate team" is/was. Seems like such a weird thing to have elapsed. Who created the Ultimate Strands originally? They receive no credit?

I couldn't find anything more definitive. The designers are people doing their everyday job and probably don't expect to receive wide recognition outside of the company. Some of the designers of Win 8 probably don't want their names published.
