Hello I have recently installed Directx 11 onto my computer and after doing so have noticed that my system is not operating at the speed it used to be able to before the installation. I was wondering if there was any way I could get rid of the Directx or if there is any way you could assist me in this problem.

My OS is windows vista home premiumand is a 32-bit.

I have tried system restore but it continually fails on me. I have also tried using different restore points. It gives me a message after the restore saying that the an unexpected error has occurred.
