I just installed an ATI 4350 card on an AMD motherboard with ATI 2100 on board. My system would run both no problem but I did notice a better graphics performance with the 2100 disabled. I did not unistall the 2100 driver however because when I update the CCC it will update both the 4350 and 2100 (in your case 4850 and 3200) and if something ever happens to my 4350 card I can simply enable the 2100 and Im back in business.
