Solved Disk Defragmenter

I've just started defrag c: -w running in cmd. Is it deffo scanning if the curser is flashing under where it says Copyright (c) 2006 Microsoft Corp. ?
Also should I not run any other programs or use the internet whilst it's scanning? Thanks

When the command is completed you will see this

C:\Users\(User Name)\

- For a Standard CMD

Elevated CMD

C:\Windows\System32\

Yes you may Surf the Internet while it is running
