Don't know what to do..really pissed

alright you guys may have looked at my previous posts..
but i got an Attansic l1 gigabit 10/100/1000 t base controller as my NIC

i've done a complete system restore, clean install, all that crap...

when i load the drivers thoguh it says the syntax of inf is invalid..what do i do...?? i did a clean install and even repartitioned...

Is there no integrated gigabit nic on that motherboard?

Problem may not have been with windows.
Have you tried searching for a different set of drivers for it?????
