Hi missdread,

Can you first please tell us the make and model of the computer you are using?

Then after you have done that, post a .jpeg screenshot of Disk Manangement.

To get to Disk management, click the start orb , then right click Computer, click Manage, click continue.

A new window pops up. Click Disk Management (near the bottom of the left hand pane) - in a few seconds, it appears.

Take a screenshot , save it as a .jpeg, and post it back .

This tutorial shows you how to do post a screenshot - ( to get to the screen you see in step 7 , click the Go Advanced button at the very bottom of this thread page )

Hi MissDread,

It sounds like you may be using a OEM backup manager program that saves to the D: Recovery partition instead of the Backup features that came with Vista. That recovery partition is very small and will not store very much. Do you have a option to remove or delete the backups in the OEM backup manager program?

These are the Backup features from Vista instead:
NOTE: You should save these backups to another location or partition other than the D: partition. You will not be able to save these on the C: partition.

Hope this helps,
