I keep getting the message "Host Process fo Windows has stopped working". Below are the details

Hello kvazquez and welcome to the forums

Can you do the following for me please:

SFC Scan

1. Open the start menu
2. In the search box, type cmd
3. Right click on cmd and select Run as administrator
4. In command prompt, type:

sfc /scannow

5. Let it run and let me know if it finds any Integrity Violations

Found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

Can you do step 1 in the yellow box at the top of this tutorial please?
