Error message, javascript not working

I get the option to stop the script, close, or continue. This pops up on a fairly regular basis and I just stop the script but I think this is really slowing down everything.

I have deleted javascript and am seeing what happens.

Javascript has nothing to do with Java. What browser are you using? Are you getting this on all sites or only a particular site?
