Error while playing dvd movies

Hi there!
I a prohave blem while watching dvd movie on Vista. I tried absolutely all movie players from Media Player to VLC, Power DVD and others and always the sam eresult.
The problem is that while playing (and movie is running), more than half of the image is missing, like it has been moved sideways.
I also tried changing resolution and display but no result.
In XP all of those where running normally.

It seems that we didn't understand each other. It doesn't have to do with my program hidden. The screen is running and the picture is visible but the half of the picture is missing. On the full screen and on the half screen.
I don't know how to resolve this

I use Media Player Classic Home Cinema it has options in the pan zoom field to enable you to move the whole player but not what is playing inside the player.
When it is playing press o for options.
Download here will have the player and all codecs you need.

sorry not working even with this. I moved the screen inside the player, but its been cut off. Its still showing just the 2/3 of the screen. Still no solution.
