Have you:

1. run a system file check (sfc /scannow through an elevated cmd prompt)?
2. performed a disk check for file system errors and bad sectors?

I see your images now. For some reason they appeared as a "Triangle" Icon. Sorry about any confusion that resulted from my not seeing your health report.

you have a full D drive. It suggests you backup the data and free up disk space. (is this a recovery partition? if so, disregard)

disregard the NIS issue, NOD32 does it also. Its a glitch, Security center see it just fine

SMART drive failure test passed.

ps- a health report is not a "disk check"

The error message that's highlighted describes the exact situation that H2SO4 has discussed.

We'll need to see the details on the other errors in order to make a call on what they mean. In the meanwhile I'd suggest getting a new video card (if this is a desktop).

The free space on your hard drive is probably your recovery partition - and this is normal for that.

The expanded info for the hard disk in the last post reads code 0x0 - which means it's OK.

Thats good. Your in good shape. Disk is clean, and system files are good.

If you attach the event viewer in a .zip file I will look at it. The GPU issue is because it is intergrated- but I can look at the other things.

Save Events in custom view, or export, do this with all the views you want to upload, then right click, and "send to" compressed zip folder.

In post, click the paperclip, and upload the .zip file

The problem is I cant see the details, I cant navigate it, and therefore I cant troubleshoot the issues. I need you to save the logs, and attach them to your post, so I can then import them and look.

try right clicking on the file... send to compressed zip folder, then click the "paperclip" icon in the message box for your post.
