Okay. When I did it with the website one, it said that there was security on properties that blocked it. I have to click unblock right?

Just a small question. Why does it matter about the size? Is there something different about the dll site one? And previously, on the site file, it said soemthing like "This file is in use, cannot replace." How do I fix around that? Instead of booting into Safe Mode.

the size being small means something is missing from the file!!!!
if you have to do it in safe mode thats ok too..

Well kenny, another failed attempt. It did the Windows Explorer message again, to no avail . After looking at some of the logs, it says Solution Available. I don't suppose there was one, and after looking at the log, it gives me nothing. Now what do I do?

Well, all I got is reinstalling windows, think I'll try that.
