I have created several shortcuts on the desktop that I use very frequently (with keyboard shortcuts). Sometimes (probably 1 out of 3 times) when I try to run them using the keyboard shortcuts, explorer freezes and becomes completely unresponsive for about 10-30 seconds, and then resumes, loading the program.
The strange thing is that the shortcuts always run normally when simply double-clicked. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this, or what I should troubleshoot?
