Ext HDD

Hi there I have a 1TB ext hdd that was formatted to NTFS. I would like to reformat to FAT32 but when I go into the disk management and right click, format only gives me the option of NTFS?? I remember that when I initially set it up I had the option for either. Am I only able to reformat using the same system? I want this drive to plug into my XBOX to play my movies on but it is not recognized unless its FAT32. Any suggestions?
