I'm computer-challenged but trying to overcome! I followed the posts about unable to access external hard drive. I finally found my EHD but it says it is not initialized. If I initialize it won't I lose everything on it? How else can I open it? This is a new laptop and I used this EHD with my old system with no trouble. Everything for my husband's work is on it - HELP!!
