Format Partition

Hi All,

I am using an Acer AS5735 it came pre-installed with vista basic 32bit on C Partition so i installed vista ultimate 32bit on to the D Partition and now i need more space so i am trying to format the C Partition and i get the following error 'The attempted operation cannot be completed. This operation is not valid on volumes containing system Partition, boot Partition or pagefiles'

system specs
Acer AS5735
3GB RAM
Intel core 2 Duo CPU @ 2.00GHz
Vista Ultimate 32bit

It depends. Is it a big deal to reinstall everything that's on D: now? If not, just delete all the partitions and reinstall. If it is, then you have to figure how to erase C: without losing the bootup setup.
