I HAVE A 4 Gb HP PENDRIVE, I WISH TO FORMAT IT MAKES A TROUBLESHOOT. WHILE I AM TRYING TO FOMAT IT SAYS "WINDONS WAS UNABLE TO COMPLET THE FORMART".... WHAT I DO SIR PLEASE HELP ME...

This sounds like it doesn't involve windows vista at all. This is a problem with your pendrive. I am sorry to hear about your issue but we here cannot help you. We are a group of Windows Vista repair personel.
