Solved Frequent BSOD

Hello Forum,

I've tried everything I can think of on this HP Pavilion Media Center m8300f. Frequent BSOD's led me to re-install Windows Vista Home Premium using the System Recovery Disks supplied by HP. BSOD's continued immediately. Ran Windows Update and now have Service Pack 2. Ran HP update and have current drivers. The computer passes all hardware tests. I'm trying to learn windbg but could use some help. Attached are my SF-Diagnostics files.

Hi,

I have analyzed the recent Blue Screen attachment you sent, and found that the error messages are caused because of “memory_corruption”.

Run the built-in diagnostics provided by the manufacturer on the computer to check if the Memory is working fine.

Please post the results.

I ran all the HP diagnostics and ran Mem86 all night long with no errors. And have conducted thorough scans for viruses and malware.

Hi,

Video card also has in-built memory in it. If there is any External Video card installed in the computer, remove the video card and check.

Please post the results.

Did you test each stick in a known good slot, using Memtes?

I took out all but one memory stick and ran memtest86 all night with no errors. Just ran a complete HP motherboard test (attached, all passed).
