Hi All,

After 3 years solid service it's time I did a format C and re installed x64 on my 'puter. I have been v happy with my system I bought via NewEgg and went to the link i found on here asking for a DVD of x64 from Microsoft as my system arrived preinstalled.

Problem was I put in my 25 character product key and microsoft said it wasn't correct...! Nice One...!

I've written to tech support form the PC manufacturers and I did activate windows when I got my machine.

Is there anything else I can do? Or am i missing something....?

Any advice is very well received.. this site has proved to be invaluable and has kept my rock solid vista x64 in great shape for 3 yrs.. (wow).

thanks in advance.
