Good virus remover like Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware?

Are there any good virus remover like Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware? My friend also use this and he got a virus that does not let him run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware so he had to delete everything off his computer. I'm afraid something like this might happen to me so are there any alternatives to Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware?

Very welcome
Sandiebox is different from anything that you tried
oh yes
I also have a pseudo anti malware, win patrol, but it serves many purposes. I sugges tthat you look into that one, too.

Hello!

Firstly, there are a vast number of tips and tricks on staying malware free here: Preventing Malware and Safe Computing

However, if something does come your way, contact us, or a security expert, and we can fix most scrapes without resorting to deleting everything (formatting, as your friend did)

If your security won't run try renaming it to anything random first.

I suggest Superantispyware. It found things that Malwarebytes did not find. I also suggest to keep a few of those scanners on a USB stick and run them from there in safe made if everything else fails.

+1 for Super-AntiSpyware
It finds things Spyware Blaster misses
I put it on all computers I work on.
It looks for different thing than those MalwareBytes looks for.
MalwareBytes looks for malicious software,Trojans,viruses
Super is more for Tracking cookies and spyware.
