The very last version that supported Vista was Chrome 49.0.2623.112, and download links can still be found, at least for the 32-bit version. For example, at Google Chrome 49.0.2623.112 Stable - Webroot Community the 32-bit link still works at this time, but the 64-bit link returns a 404 error at Google. (Forum rule no. 11 prevents me from posting a direct download link here.) For 64 bit, I don't have a better suggestion than the final reply at Google Groups, which involves a third party and a slightly earlier version of Chrome 49.

Firefox Quantum is the 'new' Firefox with a lot of code improvement, including the move to using WebExtensions API for addson (versus the old XUL addons). it is much newer than ESR< which is currently at v52, whereas Quantum is 57. But Quantum also breaks the old addons that are XUL based....
