hard drive space decreasing

I have been looking at it and seems to decrease by 100MB every minute. Why is that? I am not downloading anything, i cleared my internet data and nothing happened.

You might check to see if it may be System Restore using up the space creating restore points by seeing what the MAX allowed storage size is, and what is currently being used.

I did this, it freed up a lot of space. But now it is decreasing again, but even more rapidly. Every few seconds it decreases by 200MB+

You might check in Task Manager, and in the Resource Monitor under the Disk section, to see if you may be able spot what is using up so much of your hard disk's space.
