You might fibd a modified driver at Guru3D.com. Otherwise, I think ATI only supports 9600 or higher for Vista.

If you already haven't found one here's a link for a driver for Vista:
To download the drive, right click on the blue/White bar that pops down at top and select download file. You can also click on one of the Mirror sites to download it.
