help! blue screen + errors

BSOD, Stop Error and Start up Recovery Won't Help

I've had this computer since 2006 and bought it at Office Depot. Vista Home Basic x32/Compaq Presario pc SR5010NX and this message popped up after a restart. I don't know what else to do since I followed the directions and even tried the use the recovery discs I purchased from HP last year. Nothing works please help!

Thank you for the tips but I can't download the file. I can't get past the stop error message not to mention the blue screen. Is there another way I can do this?

Is the computer set to boot from the recovery DVD?

Yes. It loads automatically when you put it in the computer. The recovery page loads first which is similar to the F11 function on my keyboard. The recovery pack came with 2 cds (part 1 and 2) also with a supplementary disc. Thanks for the link I will check it out.
