Help!!! Boot error

i was trying/experimenting to boot from a flash drive, i followed the tut using ultraiso to burn it, but i get this error called

inf file txtsetup.sif is missing/corrupted, status 18
press any key to continue

i press a key and it restart my pc.

what did i do wrong?? i reformat flash drive and re burned.

im trying to install a OS

hello:

---try to download your hard drive manufacturer’s utilities--->Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp. --->and wipe clean the drive--->and then partition and format --->your drive should be clean like new after that---
