[HELP]Computer can't login

So I have a vista x32 HomePremium computer.

When i try logging in to my account WITH ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS, after 3 seconds it says Logging off...


I've tried Safe mode, safe mode with networking, startup repair.


I can't go into my computer and run apps cause I CANT LOGIN.

Only account.

Help.

If you have a Vista install DVD you may be able to do a repair

If you do not have one or it does not work, what is the make and model of your computer, we can do a factory restoration. You will lose your stuff, however. If you prefer not to lose your stuff, post and I will show you how.

Don't have install CD.

Thanks BTW this is my mom's computer not mine i'm trying to fix so i might have to ask her stuff.


Anyway i don't want to lose it all either. I will find model number tommorow.
