Help Me Please.

Recently I have not been able to log on. I type in my password and it says 'welcome' but then it says 'logging off' and logs me off. I don't know what to do as it hasn't worked for months now. Someone please help me! :cry:

Have you tried Safe mode? Press F8 as the comp boots.
