[HELP]Window Vista's Questions

Hello everyone! I have some questions for Window Vista.

I am running on Window Vista Home Premium.I am unsure of it is 32Bits or 64Bits.

The question i am asking is :

If i had 32Bits,the maximum memory i can use is 3.5GB? Am i right?

If i had 64Bits,the maximum memory i can use is 16GB? Right?

Firstly the mystery in my mind is,do Window Vista Ultimate hold 128GB RAM?

Recently i downgraded my Window Vista Home Premium to Window XP Professional.
The reason is,i find Vista disallow me to play many of my favourite games.
Now...i am quite regret that i downgraded. Because i need more RAMs to run my server.

People,should i upgrade back to Vista? If so,64Bits or 32Bits better?

The CPU or computer i am having is ACER Aspire M5620.

Vista Home Basic supports 8GB
Home Premium 16GB
And above all 128GB+

I would go for 64-bit, your PC can certainly handle it.

128GB for Vista Ultimate? Too much? Can Vista hold 128GB that much?
