I just tried to do the clean boot and it said I do not have access ?

Go to adminstrtor account.
Run msconfig as administrator. Right click on it.

Only one account on this computer and its me. I do have administrator rights but it still not letting me?

If you are using msconfig to get into clean boot
Type that in search
When it pop up right click and run as administrator.

This is what I know
You downloaded something and now you have all kinds of problems.
Although you made a virus scan etc. Im beginning to think its a virus of some sort.
Nothing seems to be working
No one has ever had a problem getting to msconfig.

Try in safe mode.

I did the clean boot and now I have the net... I just have a question how does this effect anything? Is it fixed or am I running this in some other half mode? OR is this just fixed? :-)

Follow the clean boot instructions to put the programs back.
My guess its the antivirus or firewall or some tune up crap thats on the computer causes the problem.
Put the programs back a few at a time to find the cause. Once you find the cause I can fix it for you

You said that you are working again. You work because you are in clean boot
Clean boot removes possible problems from the start up process.
Now go to msconfig and put them back few at a time
You will put one back and you will lose the net again. That is the problem. We will fix that one problem.
I say its the anti virus or firewall or tune up software

Worst case scenario, you find the problem but cant fix it. In that case, just remove it from start up, do you homework and post again tomorrow and I will help you.
