HELP!!!

I just recently started back using my desktop computer, but cannot remember my password for my administrator account. Thus blocking me from enjoying my computer. I need to know how i can disable my set password or something. unfortunately i was not aware about the password reset disk until recently so i did not make one before forgetting my password. I cannot use the elevated command prompt because its asks for administrators permission to run as an administrator....
Im stumped NEED HELP, someone tell me what to do.!!!!!!!!
