I would use Method Two or Three to remove it if you wanted to.

The only advantage of removing the uninstall entry is that you would not accidentally uninstall the program by mistake.
You could still uninstall the program though by navigating to the program's uninstall file in it's C:\Program Files folder.
I suppose another advantage is if you uninstalled the program and it is still listed there for some reason.
