I can't play this game with my vista sp1 , why ?

Note: I'm using latest Gforce8800 GTS drive and final DX release

What does it do when you press Enter?
(BTW, the minimum system specs include Vista, so I think it's your game (reinstall it))

When i press enter, nothing happen

Try to press 'E', and if that doesn't work, reinstall the game, because I don't think it's Vista, but the game itself.
