I have a program that installs a service. Somehow the program stopped working and gives me a message that it can't communicate with its service. I checked in services and it's running OK. So, I decided to uninstall the program and re-install... However, after uninstalling the program, the service is still there and running...
I would like to remove it and start from scratch... Is the only way to go in the registry and delete the appropriate key? I didn't see a way to uninstall or remove services otherwise.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ModelServerWinServiceP
Thx, --ch
