This is part of Group Policy and, I think it also relates to internet explorer.
What's interesting is this section-

Old: Microsoft-Windows-InetRes-Adm, Version = 9.1.8112.16872, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral
New: Microsoft-Windows-InetRes-Adm, Version = 8.0.6001.18702, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral

in which the old version number is higher than the number for the new version.

I'm guessing this is related to previous installations of IE 8 and IE 9 (IE 9 is currently the only version installed).

I found these instructions for fixing this type of problem-

but the only version of the Vista .admx files I can find is from 2008.

Since I'm not having any significant problems with my installation, I'm hesitant to even mess with this. Does anyone have any guidance?
