how to navigate to another drive after uninstalled

i want to reduce the size of my c drive Local and if I go into the control panel and uninstalll some programs to gain space, then I want to installl those same programs into the D drive OS by navigating to D drive how would I do this ?

When you install a program look for an option to change the installation directory; I don't know of any other way to specify where programs are installed and after installation I don't recommend moving them. Unless the program has advanced setup options, you'll need some odd registary changes to do this... But its not a great fix.
