I have an HP Laptop that I cannot connect wirelessly to my NetGear WNDR3700V3. I've talked to the regular service people at NetGear and was told I need to pay them more than a hundred dollars for them to be able to access my computer remotely and fix the problem. They also suggested that I contact Microsoft or HP. I could use some help in getting this problem resolved.
