I see duplicated files on my C and D drives

there are 2 movie maker files in my program files. 19.5 MB in size both have the same dates. can I delete one from the C drive its the Local drive D drive is the OS drive, to gain more space on C ,its low on space now?

Lets see what's going on. Right click on computer and select manage. Under storage click on disk management. Please take a screenshot of that window and post it.

Back to your question yes you should be able to delete one of those files without any problems.
