Infinite Recovery Loop URGENT!!

On my other laptop, I turned it on and it went into recovery mode. Then it said it was formatting and then it finished and told me to reboot. When it did, it did it all over. Help!

I have done that but it won't say "Press a key to boot from CD..."

You will have to go into the bios settings and put the cd drive as the first device instead of the hard drive. Usually the delete key entered upon computer start up will get you into that menu. Otherwise please see your laptop's documentation.
