I read all your past threads posted, and I presume that you refer to Side Bar, to stop side Bar functioning. I answered by saying that it made no difference with TDSSKiller report. If this assumption is incorrect, can you please repeat your "suggestion". Thank you, BobbyScot.

Hi Bobby,

After reviewing this thread once again, I feel your only solution would be to re-install the Operating System. Do you have a local computer repair shop in your area that you could take the computer to that would do that for you?

I am seeing what looks like conflicts between the different Microsoft Visual ++ distribution packs at least that's what it looks like to me. Perhaps you might try uninstalling and reinstalling the packages in this post. http://www.vistax64.com/general-discussion/283887-side-side-configuration.html#post1293020

townsbg, I must have missed that thread, sorry. No I did not. Visual V++ have several installs on my computer according to Revo.

DonnaB, thanks for coming back. There are no competent Computer Repair Shops in my Town. OS is pre-installed and only facility is Factory Settings, and should original install by HP was corrupt in any way, would I imagine remain dodgy. For the past two night, computer has closed down without warning with a Blue Screen, much writing shown, stating closing to safe guard computer. A power up being necessary, with on choice to open "Open Windows" normally.
I am really waiting, until Windows 10 is released, as I believe to be later this summer, when I will buy another computer, well I hope so. For the time being, computer does what I need to do, forgetting the few errors that crop up un-expected. Thanks BobbyScot.
